As we continue our expansion in theUAE market, we are looking for aresults-oriented Business Development Managerto join our remote team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential clients seeking digital solutions in the UAE region.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve and exceed amonthly sales target of $15,000.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized digital service packages that align with their goals.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to spot trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and detailed proposals to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, project delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales reports to management.
Requirements
  • Must be legaly located in UAE
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in adigital agencyor tech solutions environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital services includingSEO, social media marketing, website design & development, and lead generation.
  • Proven track record of consistently achievingsales targets of $15,000+ per month.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in aremote-first, fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Familiarity with the UAE business landscape and client expectations is a plus.
