Role Description:

Sales and Business Development Manager Dubai Branch

Khimji Ramdas Shipping LLC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development efforts for freight forwarding, project logistics, and relocation services.
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the division.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and identify opportunities for growth in the Dubai region.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports to the senior management team.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in freight forwarding sales and business development in Dubai.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubais freight forwarding and logistics market.
  • Exposure to multimodal transport solutions including air, ocean, land, and project cargo.
  • Strong customer network and ability to convert leads into long-term business.
  • Bachelor&aposs degree (A postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Logistics/Supply Chain Management is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
