The role
As HR Manager, you will assume responsibility for our operational and strategic HR requirements. You will be managing the whole HR employee life cycle from hire to retire. Part of the role is building up the HR department from scratch while actively running our recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
Requirements
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managerial HR roles within the UAE in eCommerce, Retail, or luxury goods startups or SMEs;
- A relevant academic degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or similar;
- Relevant HR certification from accredited providers, e.g. SHRM or CIPD;
- Outstanding communication skills in English;
- Preferably fluent communication skills in Arabic;
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws & HR best practices.
