Job Description
As the HR Project Assistant you support the HR Director and on a project basis the HR team. This is a critical support role that combines administrative excellence with hands-on involvement across a range of initiatives spanning communications, analytics, marketing, and project execution.This is a key role in enabling the smooth operation of HR initiatives, managing complex schedules, and ensuring the Director is equipped to lead effectively.
o Executive Support & Calendar Management- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, internal/external engagements, and travel arrangements
- Act as the gatekeeper and point of contact for the Director, ensuring efficient time and priority management
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of People & Culture projects
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up actions
- Support the creation and analysis of reports related to employee engagement, workforce metrics, and culture initiatives
- Maintain dashboards and provide insights through clear, data-driven presentations
- Assist with drafting and designing internal communications (emails, newsletters, announcements)
- Support the development of campaigns to boost internal engagement and cultural initiatives
- Create visually engaging slide decks, infographics, and materials for workshops, presentations, and culture events using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
- Manage documents, records, and confidential materials
- Support coordination of team events, workshops, and key cultural initiatives
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools)
- Graphic design experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic project management skills and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar)
o Experience
At least, 12 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentideally supporting a leadership role or project function in HR, marketing, or operations.
