Job Title : Office Administrator

Work Location : Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to support recruitment, HR operations, and administrative coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Schedule interviews and manage onboarding documentation
  • Liaise with candidates and recruitment agencies
  • Maintain recruitment records and metrics
HR & Administrative Support
  • Prepare HR documents (contracts, onboarding, exit, etc.)
  • Update employee records and assist with payroll/EOSB
  • Coordinate with agencies for manpower needs
  • Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labour law
Japanese Language Support
  • Support communication with Japanese-speaking employees and headquarters
  • Provide translation/interpretation during meetings or correspondence
  • Assist in organizing Japanese community/company events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
  • Knowledge of UAE labour laws
