Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Office Administrator to support recruitment, HR operations, and administrative coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
- Schedule interviews and manage onboarding documentation
- Liaise with candidates and recruitment agencies
- Maintain recruitment records and metrics
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, onboarding, exit, etc.)
- Update employee records and assist with payroll/EOSB
- Coordinate with agencies for manpower needs
- Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labour law
- Support communication with Japanese-speaking employees and headquarters
- Provide translation/interpretation during meetings or correspondence
- Assist in organizing Japanese community/company events
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Knowledge of UAE labour laws
