What is the job about?
As an Energy Data Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and troubleshooting technical issues around ClearVUE systems as well as providing timely feedback and support to clients with their Energy Analysis needs including ensuring that their systems are fully operational and accessible.The role will range from general queries to more technical and complex queries
What exactly will you do?- Review Customer Data daily to ensure ClearVue systems are fully operational, and their data is being provided by their hardware to the software platform.
- To analyse Energy Data to establish if there are any issues contained therein.
- To work with internal and external stakeholders to best meet the needs of the clients and resolve their issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all client enquiries and resolutions.
- Update ClearVUE CRM/360 with progress reports to inform Energy & Sustainability Managers of updates.
- Manage Stock within ClearVUE ensuring sufficient are available for all client demand with orders in place to prevent insufficient items
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years within a Support Role
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Must be able to adapt quickly to changes made internally and by the suppliers
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook is a must)
- Experience within the energy sector either in broker or supply
- Someone who remains calm under pressure
- Can work as part of a team but also on their own
- Positive attitude
- Advanced levels of resilience
- Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Any recognised Customer Service Qualification.
- Experience in the Utilities/Energy industry
