Abu Dhabi - Senior Operations Officer
Job Description
Oversee daily operational activities and ensure all functions are performed in compliance with company policies and standards.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.
Supervise and support operations staff; provide training and development where needed.
Liaise with other departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess productivity and suggest improvements.
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and operational reports for senior management.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement and supply chain operations.
Identify and mitigate operational risks; ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal standards.
Lead or participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
