Job Description
Talents Tide is hiring on behalf of a prestigious semi-government entity in the UAE for an experienced Senior Project Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned project management professional currently working with one of the Big Four professional services firms in the UAE to transition into a high-impact role within the public sector.
About the Role You will lead complex, high-visibility projects, driving digital transformation and strategic initiatives while ensuring excellence in delivery, stakeholder management, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
- Manage project budgets, resources, risks, and timelines
- Ensure adherence to approved project management methodologies and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing project teams
- Drive continuous improvement and implement industry best practices
- Maintain full compliance with Health, Safety, and organizational governance standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP Certification (mandatory)
- 5–8 years of proven experience managing complex projects, ideally IT-enabled or digital transformation projects
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker (essential)
- Previous experience in Big Four firms in the UAE is highly preferred

- Risk Management & Business Continuity
- ISO 27001 – Information Security Management
- Strategic Planning for Digital Solutions
- Procurement & Technical Contract Management
