Overview

We are seeking an experienced Interim Transformation Manager / Senior Project Manager to join a Group Transformation Office supporting multiple strategic transformation initiatives across a diversified business.

This role will be responsible for driving delivery across several concurrent workstreams, coordinating stakeholders across multiple operating companies and functions, and ensuring projects remain on track through effective PMO leadership, governance, and execution.

• Lead PMO activities across multiple transformation workstreams.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business functions, operating companies, and implementation partners.
• Consolidate requirements, actions, and updates from multiple teams and workstreams.

• 5–10 years experience in Transformation, PMO, Project Management, or Programme Delivery.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Strong PMO and governance experience.
• Proven ability to operate within fast-paced transformation environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex situations.
• Experience producing high-quality project documentation and reporting.
• Exposure to finance transformation, reporting, budgeting, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with ERP platforms and enterprise systems.

• Immediate requirement
• On-site presence in Dubai is required.
• Initial contract expected to run until December with strong potential for extension.
