Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Arabic Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Arabic and English, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities.The role requires handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth internal and external communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and support to the management team.
- Prepare, draft, and translate documents in Arabic and English as required.
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and official communications to our clients.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and schedules, ensuring proper follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Support client interaction and communication, ensuring professional representation.
- Draft reports, memos, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Computer proficiency with strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Any educational background is acceptable (legal background is a plus).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administration or client coordination is preferred.
