Sales & Service Coordinator Full Time (Remote, Dubai-Based Only)

Must be on Own Visa - Partner / Husband

ASSETPRO Property Maintenance

A growing Dubai-based property care company delivering professional AC, plumbing, handyman, and home maintenance and renovation services to homes and offices across the city.

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Sales & Service Coordinator. Youll be the bridge between customers, the operations team, and management handling leads, coordinating technician schedules, managing service reports, and following up for payments.

  • This is a full-time position (working 6 days a week)
  • Work from home for now move to office-based role later
  • Performance-based bonus offered depending on sales and delivery KPIs

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Communication & Sales
  • Respond to inbound WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and call inquiries
  • Make outbound follow-ups for quotations, bookings, and feedback
  • Share service estimates and help convert inquiries into confirmed jobs
  • Maintain lead and follow-up tracker (Google Sheets or CRM)
Job Scheduling & Coordination
  • Maintain daily job schedules for field technicians
  • Send confirmations to customers and ensure smooth communication
  • Coordinate changes, reschedules, or special instructions with field team
Admin & Invoicing Support
  • Generate and send invoices via Zoho Books
  • Follow up for payments and update records
  • Assist with digital reports, record keeping, and customer documentation
  • Prepare weekly performance and operations summaries

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Dubai
Must
  • be on own visa (husband/partner/freelance visa only)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets, basic admin tools
  • Organized, responsive, and self-managed
  • Previous experience in customer service, admin coordination, or sales support preferred
  • Knowledge of home services (AC, handyman, etc.) is a bonus

Salary & Benefits:

  • AED 2,500 3,000/month (depending on experience)
  • Performance-based bonus structure based on targets
  • Work-from-home flexibility for now
  • Labor card will be issued (no visa provided)
