Charterhouse are working with a reputable Global Law Firm that is looking to expand its IT Services department in their Abu Dhabi office. This is a great opportunity to join a global company that is growing in the Middle East.
The experienced IT Support Analyst will support the firms Middle East offices with all IT-related queries. This role will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance and support the end-users within the business.
The IT Support Analyst will be required to respond to users enquires and technical issues through various channels, such as F2F, ticketing solutions (ServiceNow), phone, making sure tickets are logged and updated correctly. Additionally, this role will also assist with troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and any network problems in a timely manner.This IT Support Analyst will also be required to set up meeting rooms for internal and external conferences (AV/VC).
To be considered for this role, the candidate is expected to have prior experience in the legal, professional services, or related field. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Windows 10 & 11, Mac, Office 365, MDM, Exchange, AV setup and Document Management Systems (iManage).Experience using ServiceNow would also be advantageous.
Our client is looking for a proactive IT Support Analyst who has a focus on customer experience. The successful candidate would have previous experience supporting over 20+ direct end users. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are essential for this position.
