About The Team
You will get to be part of a dynamic and autonomous team from Careem veterans to new tigers who joined on a mission to build Careem Food all aligned on the same values of ownership, shooting to the moon and being of service to customers, partners, colleagues and captains.
What You'll Do- Business Growth and Account Strategy: Drive proactive joint business planning to create value and continuous growth with top-tier brands and local accounts. Identify new opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and market share, while regularly conducting business reviews to ensure performance alignment and strategic growth.
- Partner Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners, acting as the primary point of contact. Provide exceptional support, resolve operational issues, and optimize partner content to maximize performance.
- Commercial Optimization: Renegotiate commission rates, manage contracts, and drive advertising sales. Create and manage promotions to boost order volume and enhance partner visibility & increase partner value.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze account performance, make data-backed decisions, and maintain accurate sales records, follow-up activities, and performance reports.
- Operational Excellence: Quickly resolve technical and operational issues to ensure partners remain live and optimized on the platform.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Sales/Account Management
- Excellent attention to detail, people skills and organization skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working
- Strong Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Excel Skills.
- Residency in or relocation to Abu Dhabi is a must
