- Track performance metrics and assist with reporting
- Ensure consistency in communication and delivery
- 12 years of experience in a similar role (agency experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English and confident in client communication
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Trello
- A proactive mindset and passion for the digital space
