Job Description
We're looking for an experiencedOffice and Operations Managerto join our team. This is a dynamic role at the heart of our organisation, supporting people, processes, and strategic operations. You'll work closely with the executive team, contribute to a high-performing environment, and help drive internal and external coordination at a company known for excellence.
Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support- Provide proactive support including scheduling, travel, and administrative support to the executive team.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and documents.
- Manage calendars and ensure effective time coordination.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and monitor progress.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Liaise with suppliers, partners, and clients for operational matters.
- Implement and improve policies, processes, and workflows.
- Manage daily office operations and administration.
- Support employee onboarding, HR coordination, and team engagement.
- Maintain company records and documentation.
- Act as the go-to contact for staff, suppliers and customers
- Lead internal communications and external marketing and content development.
- Minimum 510 years of experience in office management, operations, or business support roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Skilled in project coordination, stakeholder management, and process optimisation.
- Highly organised, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration and workflow tools is a plus.
