Job Description:- Lead and develop the team through effective management, training, recruitment, and ongoing skill enhancement.
- Oversee customer relations, order fulfilment, and ensure high standards of hospitality and service.
- Manage financial operations, including sales, expenses, and growth of the customer database.
- Monitor market trends to drive innovation, new product development, and align company offerings.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Open to Asian nationals, male, 45 years old and below.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations management with proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
