We're looking for a Delivery Consultant who enjoys the craft of recruitment the research, the outreach, the screening, the candidate control, and the satisfaction of putting the right person in the right role (and doing it with pace and professionalism).
If you've built shortlists from scratch, know how to engage passive talent, and you're comfortable running mid-to-senior mandates with structure and confidence, you'll feel at home here.
THE OPPORTUNITY This is a delivery-first role, ideal for someone who wants to sharpen their execution, work on quality mandates, and be part of a team that values output, accountability, and long-term relationships.
You'll be trusted to own the delivery process end-to-end from market mapping through to shortlist with the support, tools, and standards you'd expect from a serious agency.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (DAY TO DAY) You'll spend your time doing the work that actually moves roles:
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates (LinkedIn, Boolean, mapping, referrals)
- Building talent silos/pipelines by function, sector, and seniority so you're always ahead of demand
- Running structured qualification calls and writing clear, commercial candidate summaries
- Managing candidate control: keeping people warm, aligned, and committed through the full process
- Advising on market reality (availability, compensation expectations, competitor movement, timelines)
- Keeping your pipeline clean, reportable, and moving — with consistent activity and follow-through
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're open on background, but you must have the fundamentals:
- Minimum 2 years agency-side recruitment experience (delivery/research/consultant)
- Strong international recruitment experience, and ideally GCC/UAE exposure
- Experience delivering mid-to-senior level mandates (manager level and above preferred)
- Confident sourcing passive talent and building pipelines from zero
- Strong communication and stakeholder management you can influence, not just inform
- Based in the UAE (required)
