Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
  • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial records
  • Perform general administrative duties (e.g., scheduling, document management)
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proven experience in a finance or administrative support role
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
