- Mandatory Financial Admin Assistant, Strong Excel skills, Arabic Speakers, Immediate Joiners
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial records
- Perform general administrative duties (e.g., scheduling, document management)
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proven experience in a finance or administrative support role
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
