Job Overview:
The E-commerce Sales & Campaign Management Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to drive online revenue growth. This role involves managing digital sales channels, optimizing campaign performance, analyzing sales data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Campaign Planning & Management:
Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and email marketing.
Manage campaign budgets, track ROI, and analyze performance metrics.
Customer & Market Insights:
Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and feedback to personalize campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Use analytics tools to assess sales data, campaign effectiveness, and website traffic.
Prepare regular reports for senior management with insights and recommendations.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and technical teams to ensure campaign consistency.
Lead and mentor junior team members or coordinators.
Platform Management:
Manage inventory synchronization and order fulfillment processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce sales and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and advertising platforms.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
