Job Summary-

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Guest Services to oversee and manage a team of guest service representatives in providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests.

• Supervise and lead a team of guest service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor team performance and create strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, policies, and procedures

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Proven experience in guest service or customer service roles
• Leadership experience with a track record of team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office suite
