Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
Assist with order processing, returns, and refunds.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Upsell products/services when appropriate.
Meet and exceed customer service KPIs (response time, resolution rate, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
