Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize broker registrations, agreements, and documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for broker-related inquiries and support.
• Coordinate marketing materials, project updates, and unit availability with broker networks.
• Ensure all broker activities are compliant with company policies and Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on broker performance and client referrals.
• Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, events, and property tours with brokers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a real estate developer or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of DLD regulations related to brokers and property sales.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
