About the Role

Key Responsibilities.

• Operational Oversight: Manage and control all service and operational activities including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Civil Engineering works.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and lead subordinates to ensure high productivity and service delivery standards.
• Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings, addressing complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintenance Coordination: Supervise preventive maintenance (PM) and other scheduled works, ensuring timely execution.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies.
• Reporting & Documentation: Produce periodic progress reports, snag reports, and manage defect liability periods (DLP) and warranties.
• Inventory & Budgeting: Ensure availability of necessary materials and parts, manage budgets, and optimize facility space.
• Vendor Management: Oversee subcontractors, ensuring they are qualified and deliver services effectively.

• Education: Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or Facility Management is often required.
• Experience: Typically, 815 years in facility supervision with experience in large food warehouses, supermarkets, or hypermarkets being a strong advantage.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and facility management software.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and interact with clients effectively.
