Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Service Advisor will manage customer relations by addressing their needs and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting customers, coordinating aftersales services, communicating with technicians, and maintaining detailed records of services provided.The Service Advisor will also be involved in upselling services and products.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an auto garage/dealership.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (English mandatory; Arabic a plus).
- Proficiency in auto service software (e.g., RO systems, DMS).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
