Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Team Management, and Performance Management within the Forex industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and industry regulations, and fostering a high-performance culture.

This role requires an Arabic speaker with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and talent development, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent in the competitive Forex sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Team Management:
  • Support and enhance talent acquisition strategies including interviewing and onboarding top talent, with a focus on Forex sales, IBs, and trading professionals to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
  • Develop and implement structured onboarding processes that align with talent acquisition strategies, ensuring new hires integrate effectively and contribute to business success.
  • Strengthen employer branding and attract high-caliber candidates by leveraging data-driven recruitment insights, market trends, and targeted sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline for key roles.
  • Oversee and support the HR team, ensuring seamless HR operations and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and drive proactive hiring solutions.
  • Enhance employer branding to position the company as a top employer in the Forex industry.
  1. Performance Management & Employee Development:
  • Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on setting KPIs and performance reviews.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee productivity, engagement, and career progression.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops focused on leadership development, employee motivation, and industry-specific compliance.
  • Support managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs) and coaching for underperforming employees.
  • Ensure a structured approach to succession planning and career development to retain top talent.
  1. HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, SCA and financial services regulations.
  • Manage HR policies, employee handbooks, and contracts, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company objectives.
  • Handle employee relations cases, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a professional and compliant manner.
  • Oversee visa processing, work permits, and onboarding documentation in coordination with PROs.
  1. Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
  • Organize corporate events, team-building activities, and well-being programs to promote a positive work environment.
  1. Compensation, Payroll & HR Analytics:
  • Work closely with finance to manage payroll processing, salary structures, and benefits administration.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare Power BI reports on hiring trends, turnover rates, and workforce planning.
  • Provide insights on compensation benchmarking and ensure competitive salary offerings in the Forex industry.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, Team Management, and Performance Management in the Forex, Financial Services, or Trading industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, SCA and compliance requirements.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken) a must.
  • Expertise in HRMS systems, recruitment tools, and performance management frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using HR data to drive decision-making.

Preferred:

  • Experience in global recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics tools, Power BI, and data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent.
