Title: Senior Business Development ManagerLocation: Dubai
Salary: 30- 40K AED + Commission
Requirements: Payments industry experience is a MUST
Our client are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to come join their team working in the payments industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish partnerships, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth.This role requires a deep understanding of the payments industry, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end business development process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Ability to work with senior leaders/ CXOs of the clients
Identify new business opportunities in the region and expand revenue lines.
Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across potential client organizations.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to shape product roadmap for the market.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
Represent the client at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and foster business relationships.

Requirements:
8+ years of work experience (sales/ account management/ business development related background with fintech companies or payment gateways would be a plus)
Payments product & domain understanding is a must.
Existing network and relationships within the MiddleEast payments ecosystem is desirable.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic is a plus.
Willingness to travel (even on short notice) across countries in the region to meet
prospective or existing merchants.
