About the Role:

The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process visa applications, labor cards, Emirates ID, and trade license renewals via government portals (Immigration, MOHRE, DED, etc.).
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and various UAE government departments.
• Support clients with document processing, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant with current regulations.
• Provide high-quality customer service, managing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Supervise day-to-day operations within the Amer Centre to ensure smooth workflow and optimal team performance.
• Stay current with UAE immigration laws, labor regulations, and licensing procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic (Mandatory) and English.
• Proven experience in immigration, PRO services, labor processing, and trade license management.
• Previous experience with Amer Centers, Tasheel, or similar government service providers is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently under pressure.
