Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Customer Support position located in Abu Dhabi. The Technical Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to customers, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.Day-to-day tasks will include responding to technical support tickets, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and using analytical skills to provide effective solutions. The role will also involve closely working with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure that customers receive timely and effective support.

- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a technical customer support role is a plus
