Job Purpose:

The main purpose of the job is to oversee, coordinate, plan, implement and execute various activities as per the Client requirements. Act as a primary focal point between the company and the client to ensure timely ,qualitative results are delivered as per the clients request.

The job exist to carry out and monitor day to day work schedule of the team, delegate tasks, plan and execute client assigned task, resources, manage staff discipline and efficient operations and maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop plan, timelines, and milestones of assigned task.
  • Coordinate resources including team members, clients, supplier to ensure tasks are completed according to the schedule.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, develop, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and directions to team members and foster a collaborative and positive environment.
  • Assign tasks and set priorities to ensure clear communication of objectives and expectations.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review status, address challenges and provide guidance and support as required.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders including clients, executives, and internal teams.
  • Communicate updates, milestones and deliverables effectively ensuring alignment with client expectation.
  • Address client concerns or feedback promptly and proactively manages the expectations of the client throughout the contract period.
  • Monitor project expenses, identify variances, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet expected quality standards.
  • Proactively access KPIs set by clients, ensure transactions are captured and achieve the objectives/targets appropriately.
  • Ensure the highest quality standards are met to exceed clients QA requirements and maintain EHS requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy and Manual procedures respecting industrial and personal safety and environmental precautions, always considering the safety of everyone. This role has the responsibility and authority to stop and report any unsafe conditions or actions that may result in an undesirable HSSE event.
  • Guide new staff towards fair upward development, support on-the-job training, and provide every possibility of learning to all team members by ensuring all training programs are fulfilled.
  • Plan and delegate daily responsibilities of the team and fulfill their own targets.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Logistics / Business / Logistics & Supply Chain
  • Work experience required: Minimum 5-6 years of experience in same or similar field.
