Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Partnership located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and fostering partnerships, developing business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic initiatives.
Develop, manage, and grow strategic partnerships to drive business growth for Lenddoo Mortgage. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with key partners, expanding the company's reach, and delivering value to both partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development & Management:
Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with real estate developers, financial institutions, and other strategic partners.
Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure successful onboarding.
Business Growth:
Develop strategies to generate leads and increase mortgage sales through partnerships.
Monitor and analyze partner performance, ensuring targets are met.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize partnership opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes in the UAE mortgage industry.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve the partnership strategy.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare regular performance reports on partnership activities.
