Career Opportunity | HR Business Partner (UAENational)
We are seeking a talented and proactive HR Business Partner (UAENational) to join our Human Capital team and play a key role in driving people strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and workforce excellence.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance while ensuring the effective implementation of talent, performance, engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and corporate objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and Emiratization initiatives.
- Facilitate performance management processes and support leadership teams in developing high-performing employees.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
- Support organizational development, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics, workforce trends, and people data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment and retention strategies.
- Drive employee engagement and culture enhancement programs.
- Ensure compliance with United Arab Emirates Labour Law, internal policies, and governance requirements.
- Coach and support managers on people-related matters and leadership effectiveness.
Requirements:
- UAENational (FamilyBook)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with proven HR Business Partnering experience.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, and Performance Management.
- Experience working within large organizations, government, semi-government, transportation, logistics, or service sectors is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
