Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our real estate offerings over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
  • Explain property features, pricing, and investment benefits clearly
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team or property consultants
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
  • Follow up with interested clients to close sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasion and sales ability
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
