Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients who have inquired about migration services
- Explain available visa pathways (Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.) clearly and professionally
- Conduct basic eligibility assessments using company guidelines
- Schedule appointments for senior consultants
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client questions confidently
- Follow company scripts, compliance rules, and ethical sales practices
Working Hours
Monday–SAturday, 10 AM–7 PM
