We are seeking Sales Manager- Ship Supply/Chandelling for one of our clients based in Dubai

Function Description: Sales Manager Ship Supply/Chandelling

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling ship supply products and services to shipowners, ship operators, and other maritime customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the maritime industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
• Promote and sell ship supply products, including provisions, deck and engine stores, safety equipment, and other marine consumables.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Regularly visit customer offices to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the procurement and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to vessels.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer communications.

Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum 10 Years Working in As Sales in Ship Chandler company is a MUST
• Having Portfolio of ship Mangers and ship Owners is a Must
• Strong knowledge of ship supply products and the maritime industry, preferably 1 year of sales experience in the ship chandelling or maritime supply fields.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of international trade and shipping regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Maritime Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Must have a Proven sales experience, preferably in the ship chandelling or maritime supply industry.
• Familiarity with port operations and vessel requirements.
