Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for an Offshore Banking Consultant. The primary responsibilities include providing expert consulting services for offshore banking clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and developing financial solutions to meet client needs.The consultant will work closely with clients to deliver personalized banking advice while maintaining awareness of regulatory requirements. Ensuring the highest level of customer service is a core part of this role.
Qualifications- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a client-focused approach
- Proficiency in Finance and Consulting within the banking industry
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in offshore or international banking is advantageous
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in global banking operations
