Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Representative role located in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.They will also collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Build and own a pipeline of B2B prospects via calls, LinkedIn outreach, events, and referrals.
- Conduct tailored product demos, negotiate, and close contracts.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, uncover up-sell opportunities, and ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Track all activity in our CRM and report on KPIs weekly.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and share buyer insights.
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally within tech, SaaS, or digital services sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Familiarity with modern CRM and social-selling tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in the IT or e-commerce industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Fluency in English; Arabic a plus.
