Job Description

Executive Secretary is Responsible for:

Arranging meetings

Answering phone calls

Hosting guests

Managing emails making cold calls to new clients preferred

Making appointments

File and update information

Required:

Minimum High school degree

Must speak fluent English

Experience with Microsoft Office

Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques

High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
