We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with proven experience in ERP systems, IT products, and website sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client meetings, requirement gathering, negotiations, and driving business growth through continuous follow-up and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend client meetings to present ERP solutions, IT products, and website services
• Understand client needs and perform detailed requirement gathering
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Promote company products and services through effective sales strategies
• Conduct competitive analysis and participate in strategic meetings
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals successfully
• Maintain continuous follow-up with clients to ensure conversions and long-term relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (ERP/IT/website sales preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to clients
• Experience in client handling and relationship management
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in IT, Business, or a related field
• Experience in ERP systems and digital solutions sales
