Our client is seeking a versatile professional who can combine strong data analysis capabilities with hands-on IT support. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, along with the ability to manage technical support tasks and ensure smooth IT operations

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support investment and operational strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.

IT Support:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, connectivity problems, and application issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT infrastructure and software maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely updates and upgrades.
• Support data security protocols and backup procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in finance or investment.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and IT support roles.
• Advanced Excel skillsincluding Power Query, VBA/macros, and complex formulas.
• Strong SQL proficiencyfor data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience with Windows and basic networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
