Contract Position
Job Purpose
The Senior Business Analyst Product HCM is responsible for supporting, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM applications, with a focus on enhancing existing solutions and creating new business technology capabilities. The role involves close collaboration with business teams to ensure solutions align with organizational needs, while also providing training and guidance to users for effective system utilization.Additionally, the position supports the ongoing maintenance and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM systems.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
- Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Industry: Open to candidates from any relevant industry background
- Techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
- Experience in Fusion HCM Applications implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of Core HR and Payroll modules
- Experience with Fusion Security and Approval Workflows
- Proficiency in solution design, configuration, and end-user testing
- Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula
- Familiarity with system integrations involving Fusion HCM
- Ability to map business requirements to software systems
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, Infolets, and HR dashboards
- Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL for reporting and customization
- Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a focus on Payroll and Compensation Management
- Configure Oracle Cloud HCM applications to meet business process requirements and design standards
- Support the creation and management of reports, Fast Formula, and HCM Extracts to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
- Continuously optimize Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to align with evolving business needs
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements, ensuring effective solution delivery
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, efficient, and compliant implementations
- Conduct thorough system testing to validate functionality and alignment with business requirements
- Provide training and support to super users and end users for effective system adoption
- Document and maintain best practice standards, policies, and governance aligned with Dubai Airports (DA) processes
- Ensure all documentation is clear, accessible, and regularly updated to reflect system and process changes
- Provide ongoing support for the Fusion HCM application environment
