Founded in 2017 in California, USA, our evolution continued with the establishment of Sanjeev Tanna Education Private Limited (STEPL) in 2023, headquartered in Mumbai, India. Our unique approach empowers regular and special needs children across the social, emotional, ethical, and logical (SEEL) spectrum.

NGN Learning aims to equip schools, parents, and children with proactive tools to effectively navigate mental health and behavioural challenges ingrained in daily life.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish connections with potential school clients in Dubai.
  • Strong connections with group schoolss key decision makers in Dubai.
  • Utilize existing school networks to drive revenue and achieve targets for the 2024-25 fiscal year.
  • Successfully pitch new offerings to schools within your network.
  • Represent the company positively and secure business from current accounts, aiming for profitability and sales growth.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to teachers, educators, and decision-makers in schools.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing relationships to foster business growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts in target schools to drive business development and secure repeat business.
  • Manage revenue targets for designated schools and sub-regions, in alignment with senior management goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews with the team and manager to ensure targets are met and objectives are aligned.
  • Analyze regional market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of generating new business within the group and individual schools.
  • Established relationships within schools and a demonstrated history of business development with products/supplies for schools in Dubai.
  • Ability to give the principal&aposs reference with strong relationship-building skills.
