Events Sales Executive Luxury, Corporate & Government Sectors

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 4,000 AED 6,000 + Performance-Based Commission

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic Events Sales Executive to grow our portfolio, manage key accounts, and secure high-profile projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in event sales, business development, and government tenders, with strong networks in Dubai and Abu Dhabi across multiple market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage existing accounts and actively generate new business in corporate, luxury, and government sectors.
  • Develop and implement Account Development Plans to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and close contracts for events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to present tailored event solutions.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for tenders and government projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government entities, embassies, and corporate clients.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement, budgeting, and event execution to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for VIP guests, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years in event sales, business development, or luxury hospitality (UAE market experience required).
  • Proven track record in government and corporate tenders, including proposal writing.
  • Strong negotiation, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM tools, Canva, and related platforms.
  • Excellent English (Arabic or another language is a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car.
Preferred Experience
  • Events business development in the UAE market.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients and service providers.
  • Securing competitive supplier quotations.
  • Event planning, production, and client servicing.
