Social Media Manager

Job Description

A leading travel and tourism brand in the region is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and manage its social presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and more. This role is key to driving brand engagement, building a strong community, and supporting digital growth through smart content and influencer strategies.

• Develop and manage platform-specific social media content calendars
• Lead the creation of engaging and brand-aligned posts
• Plan and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns
• Monitor brand sentiment and trends through social listening tools
• Handle day-to-day community engagement and responses
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and agency teams
• Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand identity
• Support in managing social media escalations and crises when needed

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing
• At least 3 years in a team lead or manager-level role
• Background working with global or well-known brands (travel, tourism, FMCG, luxury, retail, airline, etc.)
• Skilled in tools like Sprout Social, Meltwater, Hootsuite, or similar
• Strong experience managing influencer campaigns
• Excellent content, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a passion for brand storytelling

Salary approx 25 - 28,000 AED per month
