Banking Risk Technology Program Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of risk assessment technology initiatives (e.g., fraud detection, AML, credit risk). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in risk platforms (e.g., SAS DMS, Actimize), expertise in regulatory compliance (e.g., KYC, Basel III), and proven stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer risk assessment technology implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
• Translate risk requirements into technical solutions (e.g., rule engines, AI/ML models).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Compliance, Data Science) for seamless implementation.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• 510 years in IT program management, preferably in risk/fraud/compliance technology.
• Technical proficiency in SAS, SQL, cloud platforms, and risk tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
