We are looking for a highly experienced Program / Project Manager to lead a major ERP finance transformation within the banking sector. This senior-level role will be responsible for advising on the successful delivery of an ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with finance operations, robust data integration, and strong governance practices.

The ideal candidate will have a solid functional understanding of finance within banking, combined with a proven track record in managing large-scale ERP programs. They must bring the gravitas to advise CFOs and senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and ensure the transformation is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP finance transformation programs within a banking environment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance leadership, providing strategic input on transformation best practices and business impact.
• Oversee financial data integration, ensuring systems and processes are aligned and scalable.
• Manage governance structures, project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, IT, data, and external vendors or consultants.
• Drive the project to meet time, cost, and quality objectives.

Requirements:

• Significant experience managing ERP implementations or large-scale finance transformation projects in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of finance operations and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday).
• Experience in managing complex data integration initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior executives.
• Background in consulting (Big Four or similar) or senior finance transformation roles within large organisations.
• Deep understanding of project governance, delivery methodologies, and risk management.
