Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant with a strong focus on off-plan property sales in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and driven by performance, with a proven track record in Dubai real estate.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and property owners.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and investment consultations.
Stay up to date with market trends, project launches, and developer offerings.
Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate client records in the company CRM.
Works well in a team and values collaboration
Brings a positive, can-do attitude

Requirements
Previous experience in Dubai real estate is a must (minimum 12 years).
Proven track record in sales, preferably in off-plan projects.
Existing client base is preferred.
Driving license preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets.
Professional appearance and client-focused attitude.
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Determination for success and growth in Dubai real estate market.
Should be able to provide proof of previous performance when asked.
