We are looking for our first hire a highly experienced Senior Business Setup Consultant who will play a critical role in building our client base, driving sales, and shaping the growth of the company.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all prospective clients.
• Advise clients on the best UAE business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) based on their goals.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and build brand awareness.
• Prepare, present, and close tailored proposals and cost breakdowns.
• Build strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Work directly with the company founder to establish processes, sales targets, and growth strategies.

• Minimum 45 years of proven experience in the UAE business setup industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation, licensing, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language preferred.
• Demonstrated success in marketing and lead generation.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, self-reliant, and comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
