Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Update the Skoda vehicle reporting system in line with Skoda Principal and Ali & Sons requirements.
Place all Skoda orders, manage updates, and ensure alignment with Skoda bulletins.
Provide the Sales Team with accurate specification and pricing information.
Verify and confirm all Skoda invoices and follow up within required timeframes.
Handle internal sales invoices and processing.
Maintain accurate internal stock boards and stock lists.
Coordinate car checks at the port and manage timely vehicle transfers.
Complete weekly Skoda Principal reports, including accurate customer details for the CSS program.
Submit monthly support claims to Skoda Principal.
Manage external reports, processes, and filing (e.g., extended warranties).
Perform other duties as requested by the Brand Manager.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.Experience: General understanding of the business, ideally gained within the automotive industry.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
Software: Computer literate, with strong skills in office automation systems.
