Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Human Resources Assistant. The role involves providing administrative support across various HR functions, including managing HR records, assisting with benefits administration, and maintaining HRIS data.The Human Resources Assistant will also assist in employee onboarding and training coordination, support HR management processes, and contribute to maintaining compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) essentials and experience in HR management tasks
- Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) effectively
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's a plus)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations, benefits administration, onboarding, and HRIS/ERP
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance (major advantage)
- Exceptional organizational skills, razor-sharp attention to detail, and absolute discretion
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — you build connections effortlessly
- Good people management skills are an added value
