Community and Partnership Lead

Job Description

DPS – Property Exhibition Center is looking for a highly energetic, well-connected, and people-oriented individual to help drive daily activity, partnerships, and footfall at DPS.

This is NOT a traditional event management role.

We are looking for someone who naturally knows how to:

• Bring people together
• Build relationships
• Create activity and momentum
• Invite companies, communities, influencers, and groups to DPS regularly
• Turn DPS into a constantly active ecosystem

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily visits from real estate companies, universities, influencers, and corporate groups
• Build relationships with brokers, developers, and external partners
• Create tie-ups and collaborations that increase footfall
• Schedule and manage the DPS activity roster
• Follow up continuously with contacts and communities
• Ensure DPS remains active and engaging every day

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and networking skills
• Naturally social and proactive personality
• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and relationship building
• Hospitality, luxury lifestyle, networking, or community-management background preferred
• Real estate knowledge is a plus, but personality and energy matter more

• People looking for a desk-only or admin-style role
• Traditional event coordinators focused only on logistics should not apply
